Half-life is in one week! Circus-theater meets science fiction— eight women on trapeze survive the end of the world. Inspired by mechanical systems, survivalist propaganda, and the animal kingdom, Half-life is an intricate exploration of utopian visions, strategies for surviving the apocalypse, the organic vs. the robotic, time, and decay.
I’m really excited for this show. I share a trapeze duet with my sister Pascale in which our characters are secretly space explorer and giant carnivorous alien plant (me)… but the final interpretation is up to the audience. :)
