This proto-second wave manifesto came across my desk at work. Fascinating! I skimmed it heavily, which meant picking up individual pages to read them because the binding had been completely destroyed by whatever mechanical digitization effort made it possible for people to read it on the internet. (Not that this Google Book is this the same copy. Note University of Michigan stamp on the title page.)
